E-paper service

The National Directorate-General for Alien Policing (hereinafter: NDGAP) a public body providing electronic administration under Act CCXXII of 2015 on the General Rules of Electronic Administration and Trust Services (Paragraph 17 a) of Article 1). It means that every client may contact the NDGAP via electronic administration platform.

 

The e-paper service is a free messaging application with authentication to link the applicants having Client Gateway access (Ügyfélkapu) with the relevant public institutions, including NDGAP electronically through internet connection. The e-Paper service is accessible through Central Identification Agent, at https://epapir.gov.hu.

E-paper service can be used to make a complaint, announcements of public interest and submit public information requests.

 

However we wish to emphasize, that through e-paper portal you cannot apply for asylum /residence permit or add missing documents to resolve discrepancies of an ongoing procedure.

 

In order to electronically request residence permit, settlement permit, official endorsement of invitation letter, registration certificate, residence card or permanent residence card you are kindly advised to use https://enterhungary.gov.hu website instead.

 

The e-paper service is NOT designed to book a time slot for a personal appointment at the client’s office either. To this end, please choose the „appointment booking” option on the main page of NDGAP’s website (https://oif.gov.hu).
